Comfy and she doesn’t have to stress about leaking anymore. Go 1 size bigger than your normal size.

Definitely size up as the other reviews also noted otherwise they would be far too small. I find they take 2 days to dry so you need about 3 of them. They are very comfortable and far better than pads!
