LOVE these. worked wonderfully and I’m going to buy some more. i would like to note that if you buy according to their site chart then you are fine. ie on their chart I was a 3XL bit I bought a 4XL because everyone said the sizing is small. the 4XL is a bit to big for me but I still love it. please please do not work of what you usually would buy because usually I’m a XL. please use the chart that they give to determine the size you need. happy wearing ladies

Absolutely love this product. Does exactly what it has promised to do. On my 2nd month using these and only the con is how long each pair takes to dry (48hrs) so I recommend buying at least 5-6 pairs that you will alternate every morning and evening during your period. These panties are ideal for those with a light-medium flow and DO NOT LEAK – AT ALL. Very impressive. Worth giving them a try if you also have a heavy flow. Another con is that the elastic may hurt after a couple of hours and the panty outline in very thick (not ideal for thin leggings). Otherwise, I love them – even gym with them on.

I am very happy with the product. Well made, and works well. Clean easily in the wash. Material is fairly breathable despite the fabric. Size-wise I found the Medium a little tight around the leg (I usually buy Medium / 10-12 / 34-36), so would consider a size larger for greater nighttime comfort next time.

These are super comfortable and do the job credibly. The size is just right, my hips measure 107cm at the fullest part, so according to the size guide of the panties I should have gotten an extra large but I usually get a medium so I settled for getting a large. It was the right choice, I think. So either size up 1 from your usual size or use the size guide, or in between the two 🙂

What a fantastic product I got mine today couldn’t wait to fit it on, before I chucked them in the wash. Read all the instructions. Perfect fit I’m a size 20 and I took triple XL at first I thought it was going to be too big but it was super comfortable I’ve got a small waist and larger thighs and it fitted perfect. Another thing the padding goes all the way up the back so if you’re going to sleep with them there’s going to be no accidents.

Hello lovely ladies, this review is going to be full of personal information so please bare with me. This review will also be on going and I will update my experience in a day and then a week.
I am a size 38 and I ordered the XXL size, I also bought a pair of Nooi panties in size 3XL. The Confidence panties fit extremely well, in a sense they are just tight enough to allow for no leaks but lose enough to not cause discomfort. They fit nicely around my legs but are not as comfy over my hips as the Nooi’s. Both pairs feel really smooth to touch and are really nice to wear. Both are also really thick and I feel like they will absorb a lot of discharge etc.
I had a LLETZ procedure a week ago and I will be bleeding for four weeks. Pads caused me rashes and scaved my bum as I had to wear those night pads to not bleed through. Thus I will really be putting these to the test. I will update soon on how they hold up.

Saves money on pads, better for the environment, doesn’t leak at all. If you have a heavy flow just be sure to take an extra one with you when you’re out and about.

Very comfortable and discreet. The leak proof part at the back goes all the way up, which is very good. My hip measures 99/100 cm (pants size 34), I ordered size L and it fits perfectly. I use it as a back up to cup/pads on my heavy days.

This might be a very TMI review, but to explain to you why I love this product so much, I need to be quite honest.
I suffer from extremely heavy periods which have resulted in my always being anxious during my period. This means that some nights I barely get any sleep because I’m scared of messing up the bed (especially when I’m at hotels etc). It also means I’m extremely stressed when doing activities where I have to sit for long periods of time (like going to the movies, in a plane or in long meetings at work).
These period panties have been a GAME CHANGER! I feel so confident throughout the day, knowing that even if I can’t get to a bathroom in time I will still be okay.
Because of my heavy periods I choose to wear a regular underwear with a pad and then wear these over that to catch any potential mess. These have never let me down and it’s been about a year since I bought my first pair at Dischem. I’ve since bought several more because they’re just so great!
I seriously have like 4 pairs and I recommend them to everyone!
I would say maybe size up, I am a large but take and XL in these and they fit great. They’re very easy to wash, but just take a little extra time to dry, so take that into consideration for when you need them. The brief style also allows the panty to go over my bloated tummy, versus cutting into it like other panties.
These have seriously gotten me through some bad periods including suddenly getting it on a 14hr overnight flight and luckily I was wearing them ‘just incase’. Phew!
I cannot recommend this product enough. If you’re someone who doesn’t like disposable pads/tampons and wants a more eco friendly option, or if you’re like me and you need a little extra help – this product is for you!
